Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days after payment has been received.
  • If there is any delay in processing or shipping your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

Domestic Shipping (Sweden)

  •  We offer FREE Ground Shipping for all orders shipped within Sweden. Once your order is placed, please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Tracking information will be provided once the item(s) are shipped. 
  •  There is also an option to pick up the painting or to be personally delivered to you if you are based within Stockholm. Please contact us at IreneChuaArt@gmail.com to arrange this.

International Shipping (Outside of Sweden)

  • To inquire about shipping cost, please contact us directly at IreneChuaArt@gmail.com before placing your order. Provide details about the product(s) you wish to purchase and your shipping address, so we can provide an accurate shipping quote.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes imposed by their respective countries. These are not included in the shipping rate and might be charged upon delivery.

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. The item(s) must be in their original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
