Purchasing and Shipping

Orders are shipped via carriers like USPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL to give you the best possible shipping experience.
Our white-label tracking page combines data from these carriers to make it easier for you to follow packages. 

Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Returns Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).It is best to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Payments

Payments are taken through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.
